Trial	Works but shows amber banner with days remaining
Expired	App blocked — shows friendly expired screen
Suspended	App blocked — use for non-payment

Changes take effect within seconds on all devices — no redeployment needed.
Expires at automatically blocks the app after that date/time even if status is Active.
Remove license immediately blocks all users.
